Green Tea 1oz (Camellia sinensis) originated in China 4,000 years ago. Today, there are hundreds of different green teas originating from China, as well as Taiwan, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, Korea, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Japan.

A Japanese warlord was one of the first to hold a tea party in Japan. He held it in his camp the evening before a large battle in order to calm his warriors and inspire morale.
