Common Uses of Essential Oils:
AROMA INHALATION :
Add a few drops to an absorbent paper towel sheet, cotton ball, soft tissue or handkerchief; Place a few drops into a diffuser, plug-in device, or on a light bulb, or simply add 4 or 5 drops into a small bowl of hot water.
Blend a few drops of Nature’s Answer essential oil with a fragrance-free or lightly-fragranced body lotion such as Almond Oil, Cocoa butter, Shea butter or Coconut. Apply gently.( do not apply essential oils directly to skin) The oil is extracted from the rind or peel of the fruit, leaving an aroma is citrusy but sweet, and has a depth to it that I really love. Of all the citrus oils available, I think this one is far too under-used, but that might be because it’s like my own version of crack.
As a natural air freshener, add 10-12 drops to 8 ounces of purified water in a spray bottle. Shake before each use. Use lemon, lavender, cinnamon bark, to name a few.

In the kitchen… To nullify common cooking odors, add a few drops of Cinnamon, Clove, Grapefruit or Lemon essential oil to a deep pan of simmering filtered water.
Allow steamed aroma-therapeutic simmering water to fill the kitchen and throughout the home.
To keep refrigerator fresh and clean-smelling, add 4-5 drops of Bergamot, Lemon, Lemongrass or Grapefruit to clean, dampened sponge and use to clean shelves, side walls, compartments inside.
As a multi-purpose natural cleaning agent, mix 1 cup of white vinegar, 2 cups of filtered water and 10-12 drops of Orange, Lemon or Grapefruit in a spray bottle.
Shake before each use to sparkle counter tops, granite and general cleaning.
In the bathroom, as a natural freshener, add 3-4 drops of Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Peppermint or Spearmint on to a paper towel sheet, cotton ball or soft tissue; Place behind toilet or sink.
