If you purchased your product directly from Nature’s Answer and wish to return it, please email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before proceeding. Once you have your RMA, return the unused portion within 45 days from the purchase date, and we’ll promptly refund your money, send a replacement, or issue a credit for the unused portion.
1. Wrap and pack it securely.
2. Place it in an appropriate box with the RMA number included inside.
3. Attach a shipping label.
