Love one dish meals. (Honestly, I could use a little actual belt tightening, but this was NOT how I planned to do it!)

I’ve never thought of cooking the pasta in the dish with the sauce – what a great and easy idea! My hubby loved it. Very good.

My daughter is not a fan of spicy food, do you think this would still have good flavor with regular smoked sausage and monterey jack cheese? Smoked Sausage Italian Pasta Skillet, with corn, green bell peppers and tasty red sauce that’s an easy, 30 minute family dinner. Is this able to be frozen? Would it be okay to use cheddar cheese instead of pepper jack? The ones who had a watery mess, you can’t cook.

So I used everything here with only about 1/2 cup of broth because I had broth in the jambalaya already and I used 1 lb of rigatoni noodles because thats what I had in my pantry. It is rare to find a recipe with so many positive reviews but I must add my name to the long list of raves. I love spices sausages especially in a pasta dish. My family loves this dish but i want to be able to make and freeze it if possible, What a great idea! I thought it might need more heat but was surprised how much the sausage brought on it’s own. This is an easy smoked sausage pasta skillet with peppers meal will get you in and out of the kitchen in around 30 minutes. I made it about a week ago and my husband and I are still eating it. I printed this with you green icon and it was fine. 8 oz of pasta is only half a box right? Then saw someone added cream cheese so added 1/4 cream cheese and it’s awesome! I tweaked it with the cheese, I had jalapeño and peppadew cheese and Parmesan  instead. I only had diced tomatoes with green chilies, so that was what I used. I add zucchini, peas, peppers basically whatever I want to add vegetable wise.
