Does Nature's Answer ship products outside the U.S.?

Currently Nature’s Answer does not ship products internationally, If you are looking to ship outside the U.S. our trusted partners at iHerbcan help.

How much is Shipping?

Free shipping applies to orders above $50.00 after all discounts have been applied. Orders that fall below $50.00 once all discounts have been applied do not qualify for free shipping. A flat fee of $7.00 will be changed for orders less than $50.00. Enjoy Free shipping on all subscriptions.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and shipping usually takes up to 5 business days. Most customers receive their orders within this time frame.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Make sure to check your Spam/Junk folder.

Returns

Return Policy

If you purchased your product directly from Nature’s Answer and wish to return it, please email customerservice@naturesanswer.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before proceeding. Once you have your RMA, return the unused portion within 45 days from the purchase date, and we’ll promptly refund your money, send a replacement, or issue a credit for the unused portion.

To return a product, please:

1. Wrap and pack it securely.
2. Place it in an appropriate box with the RMA number included inside.
3. Attach a shipping label.

How much do I save when subscribing?

By enrolling in Nature’s Answer’s Subscribe & Save program, you can have your favorite items sent to your home and save 15% on each order, plus get free shipping on all subscriptions. Manage subscriptions and account settings online or on mobile.

Can I change my subscription schedule?

To get the most out of your subscription and reach desired health objectives, you may change what you receive and how frequently for a 30-day, 60-day, or 90-day schedule.

How does billing work for subscriptions?

Depending on your subscription frequency, month, and on the day that you join the subscription program, billing will reoccur. We’ll inform subscribers regarding upcoming and processed billing cycles.

What if a product that I am subscribed to is out of stock or discontinued? Will I be notified? Will I receive a refund or discount for the inconvenience?

If a product becomes unavailable, you’ll be alerted. We’ll keep you updated on its completion and shipping. You’ll be alerted if a subscribed product is discontinued and you will no longer be charged for your subscription.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Cancel online 24 hours before your purchase ships. Go to “My Account,” select “Subscription” and click “cancel” next to the item you wish to cancel. You’ll need to confirm and explain this action. Your subscription will be terminated after you specify a reason and click “Cancel Subscription” to confirm. You’ll also get an email about this cancellation.
Removing items on “My Account”, for the subscription will not cancel the subscription.

How long do I have before my next automatic shipment to cancel or change a product's shipping date?

If you would like to cancel your subscription, allow 30 days for the changes to go into effect.

Products

Where is the Expiration Date located?

The expiration date is located on the bottom of the bottle, the part that sits on the counter. To locate, turn the product upside down and it will be the four-digit expiration date located next to the six-digit Lot number.

Does the product need to be refrigerated? How should I store Nature’s Answer products?

Unless specifically noted, the product does not need to be refrigerated. Keep at room temperature: 68 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit (20 to 25 degrees Celsius)

Can I take this if I’m pregnant or nursing?

No, we cannot recommend any of our products to be taken when nursing or pregnant.

Can I give a Nature’s Answer herb/extract to my house pet?

Although the majority of Nature’s Answer products may be safe for a pet, they are specifically formulated as a dietary supplement for human consumption based upon human’s dietary needs, not animals! We suggest you consult the veterinarian to determine if a specific product would be suitable for your pet and how much should be administered.

Do you test the ingredients used in Nature’s Answer’s products?

Yes, we maintain a rigorous Quality-Control / Quality Assurance program that includes testing of the raw materials and ingredients that go into our products. As a standard procedure, every ingredient we use in our products is fully tested through our own analytical laboratories to confirm that it meets all the required specifications. With one of the most comprehensive herbariums in the world, Nature’s Answer® has identified Mother Nature’s unique botanical fingerprint on over 800 plant reference standards. Utilizing Advanced Botanical Fingerprint Technology™, these authenticated samples each serve as the standard by which all incoming raw materials are judged. Be assured, if an ingredient does not meet stringent reference specifications for things such as potency, purity and efficacy, the ingredient is rejected and not used.

Does Nature’s Answer manufacture its own products?

Yes. Established in 1972, Nature’s Answer owns and operates North America’s most extensive herbal manufacturing, quality-control facilities and climate-controlled modern warehouse-distribution complex. Our 140,000 square foot facility houses a Kosher-inspected, NSF / GMP certified manufacturing and packaging operation along with our own Research & Development, Analytical Quality-Control / Quality Assurance and Microbiological Laboratories.

What does the term standardized mean on your herbal supplements and extracts?

The objective of standardization of herbals/botanicals is to ensure that every consumer is getting a dietary supplement that has a consistent potency of a specific naturally occurring constituent in the botanical from batch to batch. The standardization amount is typically shown as a percentage or a ratio. For example, a dietary supplement may include 30g of mushroom extract and the ingredient in the supplement facts box would read “Maitake (Grifola frondosa) Mushroom Extract, Standardized to 50% Proteoglucan (15g)”. In this example, the dietary supplement has a total of 30g of mushroom extract and every batch of this supplement that is produced is guaranteed to supply the customer with 15g of proteoglucans which are naturally occurring in the mushrooms. Standardization helps identify the components of a particular plant/herb that supply the most bio-active benefits in the body. * This process also verifies that each herbal extract has a minimum level of potency every time without removing any of the naturally occurring components from the botanical.

Can I take several Nature's Answer Extracts/Formulas at once?

In general, it is usually safe to take several herbs and herbal extracts together without negative interactions. However, we recommend you consult your healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you are taking other medications, pregnant, nursing, planning any medical procedure, or have a medical condition.

Why is my Sambucus Immune / Liquid Vitamin C bubbling over like a volcano? Has it spoiled?

No, the product is not spoiled, the fizzing is due to the vitamin C.

Herbal Extracts

Why does the dropper only fill halfway?

The dropper on our herbal extract bottles is specifically calibrated to hold exactly 1mL of liquid. The dropper will fill about halfway, not to the top, this is 1mL. 

Why does this extract look different from one I previously purchased?

 It is common for batches of a particular herb to differ slightly in appearance and uniformity of color due to the nature of the herb itself, as herbs are full plants/plant parts. Depending on the geographical region and time of the season an herb is harvested, it is not unusual for different batches of the same herb to differ slightly in their physical appearance and characteristics include color, aroma, texture, etc. Herbs are natural. Just as color and physical characteristics vary in nature, so does the appearance in the finished herbal/botanical supplement.

Are Alcohol-Free Extracts less potent than Alcohol Extracts

No, With Nature’s Answer formulations, the potency of an herb is not compromised in an alcohol-free extract. Nature’s Answer’s Alcohol-Free Liquid Extracts are made in the same manner as our Low Alcohol Extracts by using the optimal ratio of alcohol for each plant to maximize its potency and value to the customer. After this initial evaluation, we then use our Bio-Chelation cold process to completely eliminate the alcohol from the finished product resulting in an equally-as-potent Alcohol-Free Extract.

What are the differences in Nature’s Answer alcohol-free herbal extracts and low-alcohol herbal extracts?

Some companies offer Alcohol-Free Extracts that are glycerites, which means glycerin is used as the extracting agent. By comparison, Nature’s Answer’s Alcohol-Free Liquid Extracts are made in the same manner as our Low Alcohol Extracts, assuring the optimal ratio of alcohol for each plant to maximize its potency and therapeutic value. Then we utilize our proprietary Bio-Chelation cold process which completely eliminates the alcohol from the finished product. We add palm-derived glycerin at the end of the process to ensure optimal stability and shelf-life. For Low-Alcohol Extracts we’re able to effectively reduce the levels of alcohol in the finished product to only 12-15% Organic Alcohol.

How much alcohol do Nature's Answer Liquid Extracts contain per dose?

The alcohol percentage varies by product, and is clearly stated on each label. The alcohol content in the majority of Nature’s Answer® products ranges from 12-15%.

What is the Glycerin used in Nature's Answer's products derived from?

The glycerin in our products is derived from palm.

What are the Nature’s Answer veggie capsules made from?

Veggie Capsules are made from plant-derived cellulose, which is free of soy.

Do veggie capsules work as well as other capsule types?

Yes. Veggie capsules are designed to dissolve efficiently and deliver the ingredients as intended. Our formulas are made to the same quality and potency standards regardless of capsule type.

Are veggie capsules easier to digest?

Many people find veggie capsules gentle and easy to digest. They are commonly chosen by those who prefer a plant-based alternative to gelatin capsules.

Can veggie capsules be opened?

Some veggie capsules can be opened and mixed with food or beverages. Check the product label or consult a healthcare professional before doing so.

Are veggie capsules better than gelatin capsules?

Veggie capsules and gelatin capsules offer similar performance. Veggie capsules are a popular choice for those seeking a plant-based option or avoiding animal-derived ingredients.

Gummies

What is the sugar content of your gummy supplements?

Please refer to the label for calorie and sugar content in your product. This amount, when consumed as part of a healthy diet, should not be a concern. If you are sensitive to sugar, please check with your healthcare professional about incorporating gummies into your daily plan.

Do gummy supplements work as well as capsules or liquids?

Yes. Our gummy supplements are carefully formulated to deliver effective amounts of key nutrients in a convenient, enjoyable format. Like all supplement forms, consistency and following the recommended serving size are important. Gummies offer an easy way to stay on track with your daily wellness routine while maintaining the same quality standards we apply across our products.

What happens if my gummies stick together?

Gummies may naturally stick together due to temperature or humidity. This does not affect product quality or potency.
